Perhaps you are looking for clarity from within yourself while navigating your life changes. It's possible that all your efforts at self care have helped, but it's still hard to fully relax. It's as if your nervous system will not exit the fight-flight-freeze-fawn response even though you take time for yourself and for nourishing activities. You may have tendencies toward perfectionism, people pleasing, or trying so much you can't possibly try any harder. You may have some trauma from the past that you've worked through before but it sneaks back up during times of change.
Together we explore where you have been, where you are going, and how to support your whole system in the present to move with the currents of your life.

You can expect to be supported in cultivating strategies for difficult moments when stress levels peak. You will be supported with exploring lifestyle patterns that help you with your goals. Once there is a foundation of resources and strategies for challenging moments in your tool kit, we can go deeper into Nervous System Regulation, Somatic Awareness, and/or Parts Work inspired by Internal Family Systems.
Each person is unique with needs, preferences, and affinities that lead and direct the tools and approaches used. This is not a cookie cutter approach. It is client-centered, individualized support. There is a process of communication and feedback between us that supports the direction, teamwork, and progress. I use my clinical judgment and intuition while working with you to move the work forward.

This work is results focused, and I care that you benefit and make lasting transformational change in your life for the better. There is regular opportunity for feedback and communication on the direction and results in your life.
People who are motivated to lead a holistic lifestyle tend to enjoy working with me. I am not the best fit for folks who are strongly tied to the western approach to health and who have little interest in adding natural and preventative approaches to their health and healing.
This is an Integrative approach. Medication, when appropriate, can be a game changer and an important component of a person's health and wellness routine. I support clients working in conjunction with their medical team to dial this in. An integrative approach combining the best of western and alternative approaches to healing and well being is my cup of tea.

Meredith is a nature lover, pet lover, art and writing advocate, and passionate about holistic health.
My Approach is Caring, Compassionate, Curious, with an ability to bridge intuition and Evidence-based practices. I support you with connecting to your inner knowing and Self-understanding.
You may be here because you prefer a holistic approach to healing and wellness. This includes mind - body - spirit wholeness.
Together we explore the whole picture and consider various aspects while supporting basic lifestyle foundations, your nervous system, and processing of cognitions, beliefs, traumas, and dreams cycling through your world and life.
There is space for leaning into what Hurts and what is hard. There too is space for Possibility and New Narratives waiting patiently to be written. Together we work through the hard stuff by way of mindfulness, verbal processing, developing awareness of the body and how it expresses as well as supports you, and exploring parts of your experience that may be at odds with one another within your inner world.
You will be supported to move toward clarity, self awareness and understanding, with New Narratives and Embodied Change supporting your goals.
