"Welcome to your mental and emotional health journey. If you are here, I suspect you are onto something new and good as you consider resources and supports for your life and goals for wellbeing.

I know life can be a doozy.  I have been there in more ways than one over the years.  As a therapist, I will walk alongside as a compassionate presence and offer an intentionally held non judgmental space, tools, education, and skills as you move towards your goals and intentions for your therapy.

My approach can best be described as a collaborative process, taking place in a trauma-informed manner. Building safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship with me as your therapist, and within yourself, are part of the process and outcome through our work together.

Sometimes this involves learning tools, shifting mindsets, and updating beliefs about yourself that aren't working. At other times, it may involve finding acceptance for what is, and surrendering to a bigger picture of what may be playing out.  It may include becoming more familiar with your body's wisdom and how your emotions, thoughts and feelings show up in your physical systems.

Sometimes, it's as simple as sharing yourself, your experiences and your story with another person in a safe space.

I invite you to begin your therapy journey today."
